About This Webinar

There is an opportunity for leaders in New Hampshire’s banks and credit unions to “make lemonade” in response to the federal policy now being implemented to completely phase out paper checks for veterans, social security, tax refund and other recipients.

This new policy, going into effect on September 30th, will require that 500,000 social security recipients alone, across the nation, will need to develop safe and effective access to digital banking accounts and tools—a challenge that entails both financial and digital inclusion—a job for the nation’s Bank On coalitions and their banking, credit union, human services and other partners.
